- Data Cleansing & Alignment:
We reviewed over 2,000 customer records and 5,700 vendor records, resolving inconsistencies, removing duplicate entries, and standardizing naming conventions for true data hygiene.
- Automated Data Replication:
We developed a “Copy Tool Utility” to seamlessly replicate supplier purchasing payment terms, product groups, and customer payment terms across all companies. This ensured every entity was operating from a single source of truth.
